Walter Rodríguez comes to TLS with experience supporting state-funded and federally funded projects within Puerto Rico’s energy sector, where he provided legal support, managed contract lifecycle operations, coordinated amendments and cost updates, oversaw logistics with international vendors, and ensured compliance with federal agencies. He has a Juris Doctor from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico and a Bachelor’s degree in Political Science from Universidad Interamericana de Puerto Rico.
