Aracelis Valentin has a Master’s degree in International Business and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management from the University of Puerto Rico. Aracelis has over 20 years of experience in Human Resources working in a variety of industries including: retail, food processing, personal care, and hospitality. Acting as a key player in leading the Human Resources department’s initiatives, her ethics, organizational and interpersonal skills have helped her to succeed in areas such as: recruitment and selection, training, benefits administration, personnel records management, reorganization processes, payroll and client services. Aracelis is the TLS Human Resources Manager.
