Aracelis Fernández has a Master’s degree in Organizational Psychology and a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management.  Aracelis is a Human Resources professional with over 15 years of experience supporting HR related functions. Through the years, Aracelis has demonstrated vast knowledge in the areas of recruitment and selection, employee onboarding, employee training, personnel record management, payroll processing and client services.  Her experience in Human Resources is diverse and she has worked in several industries such as retail, hospitality, health, consulting and higher education.  Aracelis Fernandez will be supporting TLS and our clients as our TLS HR Specialist.
