Tom Reilly | Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing
Tom has a very rich and extensive background in sales. He has developed and led successful sales teams in fast paced, start-up environments as well as ongoing business enterprises. Executive sales management career experience includes traditional media which began at The New York Times. He has also been successful at start-ups in digital, radio, shopper publishing, out-of-home, and cinema advertising such as PointCast, Next Generation Network and National CineMedia – the largest cinema ad sales organization. Tom was part of the executive team that brought two organizations public, and two others to acquisition by larger media entities. He is responsible for developing and implementation of all business functions of sales organization including compensation plans, budgeting, goal setting, key account targeting, territory alignment, sales training, lead generation and sales/marketing collateral material – while creating strong client business relationships. As of 2005, Tom became an Ordained Deacon in the Catholic Church. Tom joins TLS as Sr. Vice President of Sales and Marketing.
